of the 2011 Russian Gold-Label series.

I'd always longed for a black-haired girl. And I first bought three reds (whom I truly love, of course). Veronique is the fourth doll in my compact collection and I keep dreaming of a Sybarite, FR2 and a Monogram.

Regal Solstice Anja

I bought this girl after reading The Fashion Doll Chronicles (http://fashiondollchronicles.blogspot.com/2011/06/regal-solstice-anja.html). Couldn't resist her Dolce & Gabanna dress from the Spring 2008 collection that I saw there.

The flowers, this definite tint of green proved irresistable.

Scarlet Macaw Barbie

She is mine this gold label Scarlet Macaw Barbie by Linda Kyaw. Mine together with her beautiful parrot. Although not the pionneer in my yet very small collection of three dolls (but two more to arrive), she has been the first to picture.

Sometimes, she is so calm and charming, not a wild creature at all...

Still, the combination of urban background and a front plant makes the presece of this mystic doll so nearby. Yes, she is flying somewhere here in company with the faithful parrot.
The eyes, eyelashes and ears are elfy...
